Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
Processing takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days after dispatch.
In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 30 days, depending on logistical conditions.
3. Shipping
Shipping is carried out through international logistics partners.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping is free of charge.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear.
5. Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Delivery Attempts and Collection
If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may:
- be made available for collection
- be held at a local logistics facility
- be rescheduled for delivery
If the tracking status indicates:
- “Available for collection”
- “Delivery attempt failed”
- “Held at logistics facility”
it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the shipment within the required timeframe.
7. Undelivered Shipments
If a shipment is not delivered due to:
- incorrect address
- refusal of delivery
- failure to collect
and is returned to us, we reserve the right to:
- deduct return shipping costs
- offer reshipment at the customer’s expense
Refunds will be processed only in accordance with applicable policies.
8. Proof of Delivery
A delivery confirmed as successful by the tracking system shall be considered valid proof of delivery.
9. Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
- customs clearance procedures
- high demand periods
- logistics disruptions
These circumstances are outside our responsibility.
10. Split Shipments
Orders may be delivered in multiple separate shipments, depending on product availability and logistics.
