Refund policy
At Mesyd, we design products intended to be enjoyed for a long time. However, if something does not meet your expectations, we offer a fair and transparent returns process in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws of the European Union and Germany.
1. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.

Please include your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
After notifying your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
2. Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- be unused and undamaged
- be in their original packaging
- include all tags and accessories
- be in a condition suitable for resale
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. In cases of excessive use, we reserve the right to claim a depreciation in value in accordance with Section 357(7) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Returns sent without prior notification may be refused.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of the status.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after:
- receipt of the goods, or
- proof of return shipment
In the case of withdrawal, we will refund:
- the value of the goods
- standard delivery costs, where legally required
The following will not be refunded:
- express or premium delivery costs
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order and return the original item.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and provide supporting photos.
In confirmed cases:
- we will cover the return shipping costs
- a replacement or full refund will be issued
6. Return Shipping Costs
In cases of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as the goods remain your responsibility until received by us.

8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- personalised or custom-made products
- sealed hygiene items once opened
- gift cards
- items marked as Final Sale

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
